I haven’t had a whole lot of time to put into the design in the last few days, but I’ve done a few minor tweaks that have not gone live yet. They should be live sometime late saturday night/early sunday morning. The initial fixes will clean up a lot of things that I haven’t spent much time on as of yet. Things like image margins, lists, links, and overall cleaning up of the css. As I said in the first post about the design; I dropped about 4.5 hours into it in one night, so plenty was neglected.
Right now the largest issue I notice, and have no fix for, are the images. They currently have a negative 50 pixel left margin to make them break out of the grid. The initial idea was for the images to stand out from the body, but when you stack two of them on top of each other, the result is pretty bad. Not quite sure what the fix for this is yet, if you’ve got a suggestion please post in the comments.
That’s all for that update, and as promised the other day I would take a snapshot of the combined work of my group painting. Ignore the image quality if possible, it was taken with my uber shitty cell phone, but here are the final results from my entire group:

My piece is the one in the bottom left

Sweet! The idea of having a bunch of different people work on one piece of art is pretty cool
