I've been sleeping biphasically for three days now, and I just woke up from my third nap ever. Interestingly, I have no troubles waking up in the middle of intervals or when they're done: rather, I can't fall asleep! Perhaps it's because I take a late nap (20-21:30) and go to sleep 1:30, but it's really annoying that it takes me almost an hour to fall asleep. Was it like this when you started out, too? I hope it will change as I adapt, or I'll have to settle for less sleep.</description>
