The main goal for me is to learn, and to allow others to learn the same material as easy as possible.

I think a big part of this community will be the design, and ease of use. Granted forums are almost all the same, I think there's bound to be a better way of going abou things, and making everything more accessible.

So the goal with getting new people involved, is to make it easy for them to contribute, or read any material, as fast, and easy as possible. In my opinion, people will like the fact that they can get info quicker and faster than other places. I think that is the key to a success in this area, if you look at other communities with the same topics, they are full of great content, and lots of expirience, but it's just hard to navigate through all of it.

so to sum it all up,
Goal = learning.
Why people will stay: Easier than the other communities.

Sounds like a cool idea. What are the goals of this community and why will people want to be a part of it?
