Now I’m no expert on blogging, but I think the concept behind it is to write for yourself. This, in my opinion, is the reason why blogs have been soo successful throughout the internet. People write for themselves, and a lot of people like to read that style of writing. Sure there are some blogs that completely break this concept, but the concept of writing for yourself, can make the content, all the more better. I don’t know if this is an agreeable topic, with others, but this is how I think.

I think when you do something for yourself it will almost always be better, than if you do something for someone else. If you design a website, for a person you don’t really know too well, there is a good chance that you will not put as much passion and quality into it as you would if it was for yourself. I think I’m completely correct on this point.

So why then, do people write for others? Is there really a reason to write for others, when you can achieve the same content, at a higher grade, with less effort, by writing for yourself? I’m not sure I’ll ever really understand all of the thinking and thought that goes behind this. I mean, besides instruction manuals, and reference books, there should be no reason to write for others.

I just thought this was an interesting concept, that just struck me, and thought I’d write up a quickie, just so I can remember it in the future.
